The firebox is the most visible part of your chimney system, but it's also the most overlooked for deep cleaning. Ash buildup on the firebox floor raises the flame bed, which reduces combustion efficiency and deposits more creosote higher in the flue. Soot-stained glass doors reduce the aesthetic appeal of the fire. Fireplace cleaning covers the firebox surfaces — floor, back wall, side walls, lintel — and the glass. Condition evaluation is a separate service.
